Recently, I've been enjoying shopping at K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui, and I discovered a very unique restaurant there. The facade design is very distinctive, with glimpses of indoor plants that always made me curious to peek inside, giving it a mysterious vibe. The entrance features a red clay hand-painted art wall, a slate corridor, brass flower vases, and a round window at the end of the corridor where you can see the plants. Each noodle is meticulously controlled to ensure elasticity and firmness, offering an exceptional texture. There are daily limited flavors that perfectly complement the soba, including tempura, curry, wagyu, and duck breast. Reservations can be made by phone. This time, we tried the Duck Breast Nanban Soba Set, which includes pickles, simmered wagyu, small dishes, and dessert. The pickles are crisp and refreshing, boosting your appetite. The simmered wagyu is flavorful and tender. The small dish, which is a sweet and sour chicken with a special sauce, is appetizing and flavorful. The dessert is matcha caramel pudding, with rich tea flavor paired with slightly sweet caramel, making it incredibly delicious. 🌟 A5 Black Wagyu Beef Cutlet Set, which includes rice, miso soup, pickles, small dishes, and dessert. This is my highly recommended beef cutlet. The batter is very thin and not greasy at all. The A5 black wagyu beef is extremely tender, making it the best beef cutlet I've ever had.
