Praying for blessings from Guan Yin by the sea at Repulse Bay

This seaside Kwan Im temple is located on the shore of Repulse Bay. The temple is called Tin Hua Temple Repulse Bay. This temple is one of our favorite temples in Hong Kong. It might be because there weren't many people when we went, it was quite peaceful, and there were many deities or places to worship in one temple. And because the temple is located on the shore, the atmosphere is good. Our worship started with worshiping the large Kwan Im statue first. There are white and red dots on the floor. It is the best place to worship. Below the base of the statue, there is a Thai prayer (there are incense sticks behind the statue. Walk to the right, which is the point in the picture that says to light 9 incense sticks. We took the incense sticks and put the donation money in). Next, we worshiped the God of Wealth, Chai Xing Ye. We followed the information on the internet. We worshiped and looped a red banknote from his beard down and put the money in our pockets (if you want to ask for a child, ask from the Sangkachai statue next to it). Next is the Goddess of Mercy, who prayed for safety while traveling. Then there is a walkway down to the bridge to extend life (see the picture). After crossing the bridge to extend life, we will find other places to worship in various aspects. There is also the God of the Moon, who prays for love. After getting off the bridge to extend the life, turn left and you will see the octagonal pavilion. Stand in the middle and make a wish. You will hear an unbelievable echo. I have been back to Thailand for less than a month. My relative gave me a gold ring out of nowhere. I believe it was from the God of Wealth, Cai Shen Ye here. For the trip, we took the tram to Admiralty station, crossed the road to the MTR entrance, and turned left to the bus stop to take bus number 260. Bus number 260 is an express bus, so it will take less time because it stops less. When taking the bus, you usually tap the octopus card once when getting on, but for the outbound trip, we got off halfway and tapped the card again when getting off. You will get the money back on the card (if I remember correctly, I got 5 dollars back). For the return trip, we took bus number 66 at the stop on the opposite side of the way. This bus stops at many stops, so it took longer than the way there. Then we got off at the stop where we would transfer to the Admiralty MTR. From here, it is convenient for anyone who wants to take the MTR to other places, or you can also take the tram. #repulsebay #repulsebay #hongkong #getdiscountwithoutluck
