The rooms are spacious, but the decor and maintenance are average. For dining, there is a buffet restaurant on the 2nd floor and a lobby lounge restaurant (currently not in operation). The top floor has an executive lounge and LEVELthirty Lounge & Bar with a nice view. The podium has a mall with a few shops and restaurants. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Sha Tin MTR Station. Nearby, you can take a relaxing walk along the Shing Mun River.
