Let me first tell you the route to this mountaintop park. The route to the mountaintop park is very simple. After arriving at the Peak Galleria, you can walk to the Tai Ping Shan Restaurant and then go up along the nearby Mount Austin Road. One thing to note is that there are two small paths next to the Tai Ping Shan Restaurant. Please note that you have to go up Mount Austin Road. It will be a lot longer if you take the Harbour Road. Keep walking up along Mount Austin Road and you will reach the highest point in about 20 minutes. Keep going upwards, there is basically only one way, so you don't have to worry about taking the wrong way. There are always pedestrians passing by there, and it's just wheels passing by, so there's no need to worry about safety issues. But if you plan to take pictures of the sunset there, it would be better to bring a flashlight because there are not many street lights there. When you reach the highest point, there will be a small parking lot with a toilet next to it where you can tidy up first.
