Hong Kong's First French Croissant Balls.

Every time I pass by K-11 Art Mall, I'm drawn to the desserts at Arte by Padaria. The most distinctive is the Hong Kong-first 'savory and sweet art' French croissant balls, featuring crispy croissant skin filled with various fillings, offering a multi-layered taste experience. Of course, there are also various mini cakes and handmade cookies 🍪 that are very delicate and attractive 🤩. It's truly a diverse dessert shop that makes you want to take something home every time you pass by. Additionally, the newly launched creative mousse tart series uses a variety of popular fruits and nuts as the main ingredients. The six flavors are decorated in a 'romantic' French dessert style, each with its unique aesthetic, providing a simultaneous visual and taste enjoyment. This time, I chose the French-style baked apple almond tart 🍎. The rose 🌹 in the middle is very eye-catching and immediately attracted me 🤩. The center is baked apple + apple jelly, with a rich apple flavor, and the bottom layer is super crispy and melts in your mouth.
