Delicious Roasted Meats.

📍Sham Tseng Chan Kee Roasted Goose (Tseung Kwan O) Shop 127, 1/F, The Wings 2, 19 Tong Yin Street, Tseung Kwan O Today, I met up with a friend to find some food in a restaurant in Tseung Kwan O🍴. As soon as we stepped in, the rich aroma of roasted meats filled the air. Couldn't resist checking out the menu and quickly placed our order😋. First up was a plate of roasted goose🦆. It was so shiny and tempting that I wanted to try it at lightning speed💕. With one bite, the crispy skin and tender meat, combined with the rich flavor, proved why it's their signature dish🤤. Next was the roasted pork and rice🍚 chosen by my friend. The char siu here is really good🤯, perfectly balanced between lean and fatty. The meat is tender, and the sweet honey glaze pairs wonderfully with the white rice🥢. Lastly, we had the salted fish and chicken tofu pot🥣. Served piping hot, it was fragrant and delicious. The tofu was incredibly smooth, and the salted fish's unique aroma combined with the flavorful chicken pieces made it a perfect companion for white rice😍. Overall, the taste at this restaurant is quite good. Both the presentation and the quality of the food are impressive👍. Can't wait to try other dishes next time🤩.
