I found out there was Ufufu in Tsuen Wan, so I went there for dinner. They ordered two main courses, a parfait and two drinks. The Japanese-style clam pasta 🍝 has a special taste, a bit like Japanese ramen. The clams are clean and free of sand. In addition to clams, the pasta also contains Japanese mushrooms, black mushrooms, shredded seaweed and chili 🌶️. The chili helps bring out the umami flavor of the clams.
