Chinese food is definitely the best choice to celebrate Mother’s Day🥰. Hai Yun Tian Chinese Restaurant located in the Harbour Grand Kowloon not only offers a variety of seasonal teas for guests to choose from🫖, but also has a prime location with a 210-degree view of Victoria Harbour, allowing guests to enjoy the magnificent seaside scenery while dining🌅. We chose the dinner set, which included the signature three Haiyun small plates, shrimp toast, lobster e-noodles, abalone tofu and squab. The signature Haiyun three small dishes, this carefully matched small dish combination includes refreshing cucumber 🥒, crispy roast pork belly 🥓 and tender chicken 🐥. Each one shows the chefs’ cooking skills and attention to ingredients, which is impressive. We were amazed by the appearance of Shrimp Toast 🦐. This dish features fresh shrimps coated in a crispy coating and fried until golden and crispy. Every bite exudes umami and the sweetness of shrimp, it is definitely a favorite for seafood lovers 😍. Lobster E-Noodles 🦞 is another wonderful dish. The lobster meat is tender and juicy, paired with chewy noodles, it melts in your mouth and exudes a rich seafood aroma. The taste of this dish is extremely balanced and it makes people linger aftertaste 😋. Abalone tofu is a traditional Chinese dish. The tofu is tender and delicate, and the abalone is fresh and juicy. The combination of the two is amazing. This dish, with its simple yet luxurious style, became the star of the whole set meal🤩. Finally, the appearance of the squab 🐦 brought this sumptuous dinner to a perfect end. The pigeon meat is tender and paired with delicate seasonings, giving it a rich and full taste. This dish left a deep impression with its unique flavor and superb cooking skills 😍. The food and scenery at Haiyuntian complement each other. Sitting at the dining table, enjoying the magnificent view of Victoria Harbour through the large floor-to-ceiling windows makes the dining experience more pleasant and memorable.
