The conch & sword clam were fresh and sweet, the premium large red shrimp was bouncy and sweet without any fishiness, the salmon was fatty and delicious, and the oilfish & king amberjack were rich in fish oil. Rolls: The foie gras cheese eel roll was a great combination, with the cheese and eel already a good match, plus the foie gras added more flavor. Sushi: The salt-grilled left-mouth fish sushi is a must-order, I really like its rich fish oil flavor. Creative sushi: Foie gras sushi was a pleasant surprise, melting in the mouth – we ordered six pieces in total. Cheese tobiko omelet: strong cheese flavor, salty fish roe, sweet omelet, a good combination. Lobster salad red shrimp tower: soft and mushy shrimp meat with a rich texture of lobster salad – we ordered four pieces in total. Sea urchin tricolor tower: the tuna paste was very creamy, it would be even better with more sea urchin. Signature dishes: Drunken abalone with Shaoxing wine – we ordered five pieces, they were big and flavorful. Sichuan-style grilled Hiroshima oysters – my husband had five pieces, they were plump and savory. Braised pea shoots with scallops – on par with what you'd get at a Chinese restaurant. Feast of sea cucumber and fish maw – the sea cucumber was crunchy, the mushrooms were thick and flavorful, and the fish maw was full of collagen. Steamed milk with egg white and bird's nest – the biggest surprise, with a rich milk flavor, smooth egg white, not too sweet, and in addition to bird's nest, there were also goji berries, very nourishing! Two cups per person 🙈 Fried items: I ordered my must-have taro balls, and my husband had the crispy fried Musang King durian, two pieces each. Grilled items: Grilled lamb saddle with herbs was thick and juicy without being dry. Grilled eel – as delicious as the one from the Kwun Tong branch.
