The coffee shop is run by the 5-star hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong ❣️Café 100 Sunset Dinner ($508/pp) 🔸 Starter ▫️ Selected soup/Negos salad of the day ~ The soup is creamy, the salad is rich and fresh🤤 🔸Main course ▫️ Braised beef cheek with stewed chickpeas and Spanish sausage, vegetable sprouts, herb sauce ~ The beef cheek meat is stewed to be very tender and seasoned, the beef flavor is rich, the taste is refreshing and full of bone marrow. The side dishes are rich in chickpeas, Spanish sausage and vegetable sprouts, really worth a try😎 ▫️ Pan-fried halibut with truffle mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and grapefruit cream sauce ~ It looks beautiful! The crust of halibut is crispy, the meat is very tender.
