Weekend Camping Plan × Tung Lung Chau

The long-awaited camping trip is finally here I crossed the border from Shenzhen Futian Port and took the East Rail Line to Kowloon Tong, transferred to the Kwun Tong Line and got off at Yau Tong Station. Then I followed the navigation and walked to Sam Ka Tsuen Pier. There are only boats to Tung Lung Chau on weekends and public holidays. Please refer to P18 for the flight schedule. There are two piers on Tung Lung Chau Island. The boats departing from Sam Ka Tsuen Pier go to the first pier (Nan Tang Pier). There is another pier (Fo Tang Mun Pier) which requires a boat from Sai Wan Ho. The round trip ferry ticket from Sam Ka Tsuen Pier is 45HKD. You have to buy a round trip ticket. There are no one-way tickets. The round trip ticket from Sai Wan Ho Pier is 55HKD. Futangmen Pier is closer to the North Lighthouse and camping site. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from Nantang Pier to reach the North Lighthouse and camping site. The nearest convenience store to the lighthouse (Holiday Convenience Store) offers free cold showers at night, and solar-powered hot water is available before six o'clock. Remember to take your garbage to the trash cans at the pier and do not dispose of it randomly.
