Five-Star Hotel Peninsula Hong Kong Spring Moon

On my first trip to Hong Kong, I visited Spring Moon at the Peninsula Hong Kong. Since we had our wedding at the Peninsula Tokyo, I definitely wanted to visit when I was in Hong Kong. At Spring Moon, I was able to taste authentic Cantonese cuisine. The bird's nest soup has a complex and delicate flavor, and it's a dish I would recommend trying at least once. The roast Peking duck is completely different from what you eat in Japan, and you'll think, 'Ah! This is the real roast duck from the source!' The course meal enjoyed while sipping tea recommended by the tea master at Spring Moon was the ultimate bliss. The famous XO chili sauce can be purchased only at the restaurant, where it's packed in the kitchen for those who have dined! I highly recommend it, so be sure to make a reservation when you travel to Hong Kong.
