Light shines in through the blue and white glass, making the space spacious and comfortable, like a fairyland. The cafe also uses Color Block tableware designed by Tiffany & Co. The bone china and silverware are simple in design and very suitable for checking in! The dinner set menu consists of five courses and comes with champagne 🥂, which is perfect for a pre-meal drink with friends; the appetizer is a box full of Tiffany caviar and marinated hamachi, which tastes so noble 💎! The French clear chicken soup with white asparagus is simply seasoned with Spanish Iberico ham, which tastes sweet and warms the stomach ❤️ Then have a serving of pan-fried foie gras and morel risotto. The wild morels are very juicy, and the goose fat and cream are very fragrant. The main course is slow-cooked beef cheek, which is wrapped in bay leaves 🍃 The slow-cooked meat is quite tender and served with fragrant mashed potatoes. Another main dish is French spring chicken with truffle mousse. The spring chicken is stuffed with nuts 🌰. The cooking method is very unique and the chicken is tender and delicious.
