I've discovered what might be the most romantic restaurant in Hong Kong. From the moment I step inside, I feel the restaurant is luxurious and elegant. With its library, live music, and stunning views of Victoria Harbour, the restaurant boasts exquisite decor, ambiance, service, and cuisine – a truly exceptional dining experience! Tasted that night: 🍴Japanese Mackerel 🍴Swiss Barley Soup 🍴Nagasaki Chicken Roulade with Beetroot Salad 🍴Carabinero Red Prawn with Shrimp Roe Noodles 🍴Sous Vide Black Cod 🍴Charcoal Grilled Miyazakigyu Rib Cap 🍴Glazed Lemon Mousse Cake It's difficult to review every dish at this restaurant because every dish is truly divine. You really have to come and enjoy the food yourself! The order of meals and the snacks provided between them are very particular, like the appetizer of French bread or the dessert to cleanse your palate. And the temperature of the cold and warm dishes for each dish is meticulously controlled! There was also live music, with specially hired musicians and singers performing. They offered a mix of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese songs, and you could even request songs. The most interesting thing was that nearly 10 stations were celebrating birthdays the night I tried it, and the musicians went to each station to sing a birthday song. What a thoughtful gesture!
