In fact, I have been here before and I think the restaurant’s decoration is very distinctive, mainly based on arches, which is an important feature of Lebanon’s cultural heritage. The sofa and cribs also use a lot of Lebanese fabrics. Tableware 🍴 is a traditional Lebanese craft. Lunch includes soup of the day, appetizer, main course and dessert. The soup for today's meal is cauliflower soup🥣. The low-calorie and low-carb cauliflower soup is sweet enough and suitable for people who are losing weight. For appetizers, we chose Hummus Beiruti and Fattoush. Hummus Beiruti is the Lebanese version of chickpea puree, with tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic and tomatoes. The texture is smooth and creamy.
