Ma On Shan dinner options 🍴🍹

There are more and more restaurants in Ma On Shan, this time I went to Fat Angelos, the restaurant is quite well seated 😉 I tried several signature dishes, including lobster crab meat soup, spicy crispy buffalo chicken wings, seafood group, slow cooked red wine beef handmade wide noodles and chocolate heart with vanilla ice cream. The first one I tried was the lobster 🦞 crab meat concentrate $58. The soup is rich and delicious, with lobster and crab meat, which adds to the flavor of the soup. Spicy Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings $72. The chicken wings are fried crispy, the skin is crispy and the meat is tender, and there is a spicy taste, which is really appetizing! It contains pan-fried sea prawns, grilled scallops, halibut mussels, squid with grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes and vanilla garlic butter sauce. Each seafood is cooked just right, and the ingredients are well matched, with rich and multi-layered flavors. I also tried the slow cooked red wine beef handmade spaghetti $138🍝 The beef was cooked very soft and tender, with a rich red wine sauce, plus the handmade spaghetti. Finally, I ordered the chocolate heart with vanilla ice cream $62🍫🍦 The chocolate heart with rich chocolate flavor, with vanilla ice cream, after dessert is very satisfied!
