A Korean cafe in a new shopping mall in Kai Tak

I went to Kai Tak recently and found that the restaurants in the mall are not very attractive at the moment. I hope there will be more choices in the future. This time I chose this Korean restaurant on the 6th floor sky garden platform. There are not many choices of main dishes, but the desserts are very attractive. So I chose the 3 desserts on the left. Dessert lovers must try it 😋 Main dishes: Grilled Iberico Pork with Soy Sauce and Basil Rice It seems that many people in the restaurant choose this staple food, so I gave it a try. The basil rice should be Korean pearl rice, and each grain of rice is plump. The black hairy pork with soy sauce is not too salty, but it would be more delicious if it is dried and a little crispy. Dessert: Soft Time (Afternoon Tea Set for One Person) I am not very interested in Japanese/Korean pastries, but when I saw this picture and introduction on the menu, I was a little impulsive and ordered it. There are 5 desserts: 1) Fragrant and sticky purple sweet potato rice cake ~ normal rice cake flavor with a little purple sweet potato puree in the middle 2) Brown Rice Butter Red Bean Pancake The brown rice is not too crispy and a little hard to chew 3) Seaweed Financier Cake The butter cake with the roasted seaweed on top is the best of the five desserts. 4) Soft soybean mochi skewers Soybean flour with chewy mochi, just average 5) Cream Chrysanthemum Cake It is actually similar to the above butter red bean cake, but the pink crust looks very beautiful. If you can serve it as a whole (the whole flower shape will look better) Dessert: Tiramisu The taste is not much different from the usual tiramisu, the coffee flavor is not too strong. It is good to pair with a cup of coffee or fruit tea. Dessert: Sweet citrus waffle (must order, recommended index 5 stars 😝) Needless to say, the appearance is very attractive just by looking at the pictures, and it is a great place to check in. The citrus is sweet, and the dried oranges soaked in sugar water are slightly sweet and sour, and super delicious. The thick waffles are crispy (I haven't had hot waffles in Korean cafes for a long time). Super satisfying 😋😋 It can be sublimated to another level with citrus sauce. Super good. Drinks: Jeju citrus yogurt ~ In addition to the special appearance, each bowl is served with an orange. The lactic acid taste is stronger, and there is only a little orange flavor. (In fact, I saw the clerk had already mixed the orange and cheese together). So I don’t recommend it 😅 Red Bean Matcha Milk Ice Matcha flavor with red beans (normal and stable combination). You can taste ice cubes in every sip, but it doesn't taste like smoothie. It would be better if it tasted like smoothie.
