The highest ranked pizza shop, the food is not amazing, but the environment is really average

Finally, I made a reservation at the highest ranking pizza restaurant in Hong Kong, which ranked 8th in the Top 50 Pizza in Asia Pacific and 62nd in the world in 2022. Although it was a weekday, Wednesday, the whole store was full, so I had to make a reservation on the official website. 📍Location: Near Exit C of Hong Kong Station, in the alley on the Bakehouse side, actually below the Motorina Pizza store. 🏠Environment: Black sign, open facade, two-storey building, the bar and kitchen are both on the ground floor, and there are outdoor seats. The lighting on the second floor is dim, the tables are very intimate, the space is small and narrow, and the restaurant is full and the guests are loud, so you basically have to talk loudly throughout the whole process, otherwise no one can hear you. In fact, whether upstairs or downstairs, the seats are crowded and uncomfortable, and the environment is far worse than that of Motorina. 🤵🏻Service: Manual orders will be charged an extra one. 🍽️Lunch: There are three set menus, all of which include a drink, namely no pizza $120, pizza only $150, appetizer and pizza $175. We saw the starter beforehand and it was just a normal salad, not worth ordering. 🍕Diavola $150 😍The appearance is very attractive, each one is about 10 inches. Although the middle crust is very thin, the edges are slightly crispy and the inner layer is soft, chewy and elastic😋. The taste is almost the same as Motorina Pizza, the difference lies in the taste. 🍅The tomato sauce is sour and has a stronger tomato flavor; 🌭The spicy sausage is in small pieces and the portion is small, plus there is fresh basil🌿, so it is not too salty or greasy. I personally think it tastes better than Motorina👍. 🍕Prosciutto Di Parm $150 😍Personally, I prefer this one because it contains a lot of rocket🥬 and ham🥓. The fresh and astringent taste of rocket🥬 and the salty flavor of ParmaHam🥓 go well together🤤. There is a thin layer of🍅 tomato sauce underneath, which has a light tomato flavor. The crust is also full of wheat and caramel aroma👍. 🍫Chocolate Iced🧊 The taste is very sweet, even with ice water added, it still feels super sweet. ☕️Latte Hot On the contrary, the coffee is good, with beautiful latte art, not bitter and smooth. ❣️In conclusion, you can eat award-winning pizza for NT$150, which is cost-effective. It is also relatively cheaper and has more choices than Motorina. After all, if you want other flavors at Motorina, you have to pay extra. If you want to enjoy lunch and the environment, Motorina is the place for you.
