I found this cafe online and many people recommended the pasta in the cafe. We both happened to want to eat pasta 🍝, so we gave it a try. Cafe has nearly 10 types of pasta to choose from. Ordered 2 types of pasta, added fries 🍟 and 2 drinks. The spaghetti with beef sauce sealed with herb butter has a surprise! When it was served, there was a whole piece of herbed butter 🧈 on top of the beef. The waiter asked me to take a photo first📷, and then used a torch to burn the butter! Watching the butter burn until it is half melted feels so healing. The butter with herbs is fragrant. The meat of Fengmen willow is soft and not tough, and has a very strong beef flavor. The pasta sauce is rich and delicious. The French black truffle mushroom orecchiette sauce is so creamy. Adding evil cheese can create a brushed effect.
