Tian Tan Buddha (Big Buddha)

#hongkongtrip After taking the cable car up to Tian Tan, we walked through a delightful village filled with quaint souvenir shops & eateries, before ascending the 268 steps up towards the Big Buddha. Once at the top, the views are unrivaled; simply stunning and you truly can't gauge the size of the buddha until you're up close! It's well worth visiting the Po Lin Monastery upon your descent, to feel peace & discover the history of the Buddha.
