Spanning over a thousand square feet, it offers window seating, a bar counter, and regular seating. (If you'd like a window seat, make a reservation early! ✨) The restaurant specializes in innovative European dishes like bagels, chestnut Mont Blanc, and French toast. They also roast their own coffee beans and offer a variety of pour-over and specialty coffees. ☕️ ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ ▫️Cheese Waterfall Bagel Sandwich ($78) A truly unique bagel pairing! 🥯 The runny egg immediately oozes out, topped with semi-melted cheese 🧀️, and sandwiched with sausage. The most surprising addition is shredded beetroot! The slightly sour taste combined with the salty cheese creates a refreshing yet not overly greasy bagel texture! - ▫️ Cereal Bowl ($88) The colorful rainbow cereal bowl 🌈 is topped with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi 🥝. It's mixed with granola, sugar-free yogurt, and fruit, and the flavor is just right! - ▫️ Waterfall Chestnut Mont Blanc ($98) One of our must-try desserts that's incredibly Instagrammable! 🌰 The staff starts with a chocolate cake layer inside the chestnut Mont Blanc, then slowly fills the cake with rich chestnut paste, perfectly covering the sides, sides, and top. Every bite is filled with a smooth, creamy chestnut paste. Finally, they top it off with a fruit garnish. 🍓 - ▫️ Ice and Fire ($42) I ordered the Ice and Fire drink, which features chilled milk and espresso. The first sip is a nutty hot coffee, followed by a refreshingly cool cold milk.
