Hollywood Reopens

Disney's Hollywood Hotel Reopened on July 14, 2023, Located in Hong Kong Disney Resort, near Explorers Lodge, is the most affordable of the three hotels. It opened in 2005 and was closed due to the pandemic. The lobby and restaurant were renovated before reopening in 2023, and the guest rooms will be gradually renovated in October. The hotel has two restaurants: Yicai Kitchen ~ Buffet Liuying Hall ~ Wine and Snacks * Fast food restaurant is closed * * Room delivery is also temporarily unavailable * The guest room is 29 square meters. The king room has one 1.8-meter bed, and the twin room has two 1.37-meter beds (Figure 6) There is a bathtub or a stand-up bathtub (can be requested before check-in) The view from the room is very beautiful (Figure 11) There are very few children's facilities. There are 6 "Light and Shadow Art Tour" QR codes in the hotel lobby (Figure 8). After scanning the code and taking a screenshot, go to the front desk to show the picture and you will get a small gift (Figure 9). Children will be very happy after receiving the gift. Although it is just a sticker and a postcard, you can try to ask the front desk staff if you can give a badge. The hotel facilities only include a small outdoor playground (Figure 5) and an outdoor swimming pool with a water slide (Figure 3). A very small playground and a small swimming pool... a bit disappointing 😑 Fortunately, the water slide is fun! It is worth mentioning that the mosquito problem is quite serious. I believe the hotel is aware of the situation, so mosquito repellent is placed in many places (Figure 10) for guests to use. There are parking spaces available in the resort. Payment is made at the hotel front desk. The fee is $190 (two days and one night). During the parking period, you can park anywhere in the three hotels and the theme park area. There is also a shuttle bus service between the park and the hotels. In summary, if you want to visit the park and don’t want to travel too much, you can choose to stay for one night.
