The Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre is currently hosting the "Virtual Reality Tracking - Cultural Heritage Technology Tour of Ancient Monuments". Through innovative cultural heritage technology, the exhibition presents nearly 30 distinctive historical buildings in Hong Kong in three dimensions in four exhibition areas. The exhibition allows everyone to appreciate the aesthetic essence and unique structure of historical buildings from virtual reality, use augmented reality technology to take photos with historical building models, and gain knowledge of cultural heritage conservation from the escape room game. Have fun to tour the ancient monuments! The exhibition will run from now until July 19. Immerse yourself in the world of technology again and learn more about Hong Kong's historical and conservation-worthy buildings with a different perspective and new experience. [Virtual and Real Traces - Cultural Relics and Technology Tour of Ancient Sites] has four exhibition areas 1️⃣ Leyingguji Use toy bricks to build models of 4 historical buildings, and use augmented reality technology (AR) to allow visitors to design unique photos with historical buildings📷 2️⃣ Secret Room Virtual escape room game, this time it is Bonham Road Government Primary School. Visitors use their knowledge of heritage conservation to lead into historical buildings through AR technology. Through the tablet provided on site, they can scan the corresponding QR code to pass the level. If they successfully answer five questions, they can escape successfully👍🏻 3️⃣ Interactive Cultural Relics Gallery Visitors can freely choose 3D images and videos of 16 historical buildings in the interactive heritage gallery.
