✨Longhua Hotel 📍No. 22, Hau Wo Chee Village, Shatin The Longhua Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Hong Kong. The decoration still retains the style of the 1950s and 1960s. Many well-known movie stars have visited it and many movies have been shot here. My first impression of Long Wah is that it is very elegant. The ancient-style gate and the red lanterns hanging along the road, as if walking into a time tunnel, took me back to old Hong Kong. ☺️ ✨Longhua Crispy Skin Grilled Pigeon As a famous specialty of Shatin, Longhua breast pigeon is well-deserved😍 The breast pigeons are selected from tender pigeons that are not more than 26 days old. They are first soaked in stewed sauce, then dipped in honey water and fried immediately.
