The owner's family has been engaged in the seafood wholesale business for more than 60 years and has high standards for ingredients. In order to ensure the quality of the seafood, the restaurant has a large fish tank in the store. All seafood is caught and cooked immediately, in order to provide diners with the freshest ingredients. Signature Special Set ($298/person): 𓆝 Salad You can choose "Seasonal Vegetable Salad" or "Sashimi Salad" for +$38. The sashimi is indeed very fresh and the portion is generous. 𓆝 Appetizer The three types of sashimi include salmon, sweet shrimp and sea bream, each of which is fresh and sweet. The other appetizer was razor clams served with Thai green sauce. The sour and spicy taste of Thai green sauce helps to enhance the flavor, making it an appetizer that will wake you up. 𓆝 Bean curd soup The fermented bean curd soup here is not too salty. Drink a bowl of it to warm your stomach and prepare for the main course. 𓆝 Main Course I added +88 and ordered the lobster and sakura shrimp risotto, which is highly recommended! Half an Australian lobster has tender, crispy meat, a sweet and refreshing taste, and a unique flavor. With the addition of a large amount of tasty sakura shrimp, the whole risotto is full of freshness and filling! 𓆝 Desserts The dessert of the day was rich chocolate ice cream with chocolate egg rolls and a little crispy corn flakes sprinkled on it.
