I wanted to eat something during tea time and remembered that Cha Mu had afternoon tea 😎 and they had new dishes. The restaurant is located in the basement dining area, decorated with wood and wave lights, which makes people feel comfortable☺️. You can order food by scanning the QR code, so it is quite convenient 🙈. - ▪︎Mixed Fruit Tea +HKD$6｜Taro Milk Tea HKD$0 The afternoon tea set comes with a drink, and if you want to add other drinks, it’s not too expensive to add $6. The fruit tea tastes sour and appetizing 😚, and it has a rich fruit taste. Taro milk tea tastes sweet, with a strong milky flavor and just the right tea flavor. - ▪︎Wasabi pineapple shrimp balls HKD$92 A combination of brighter colors, mustard and pineapple feels special ☺️. The shrimp meat is refreshing and slightly crispy, while the pineapple has a slightly crispy caramel taste. First you taste the sweet and sour taste, then the slightly spicy mustard flavor, a side dish with a summery feel 😚. - ▪︎Sea bass fillet with citrus sauce and dragon fruit HKD$76 This dish has a special presentation and is also a dish that uses fruits. The sea bass has tender texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Jade dragon fruit is pitaya, which tastes sweet and refreshing, and goes well with the sweet and sour citrus sauce☺️. - ▪︎Spicy pork belly HKD$78 This dish tastes very fragrant, and the ingredients include duck blood, beef tripe, tofu and sprouts. The duck blood is big and thick 😍, and the tripe is tender and smooth. Tofu and sprouts are also foods that absorb flavors and are quite fragrant. The soup base is slightly spicy and rich in flavor but not salty. - ▪︎Brown sugar taro balls with fruit grass jelly HKD$49 When eating Taiwanese desserts, you will eat taro balls. In addition to the color, the taste of taro balls is attractive. They are chewy, soft and sticky with a little potato flavor. This dish is quite rich in ingredients, including taro balls, red beans, coconut flakes, grass jelly and pearls. It is a very chewy combination. This one is served with brown sugar, which seems healthier. - ▪︎Croissant waffle HKD$44 There are four flavors to choose from, and I prefer the strawberry flavor. The strawberries are sweet and the custard sauce is thick, sweet and not greasy. The waffles are crispy and have a nice buttery taste.
