There's a new coffee shop on Ki Lung Street called "Dusting Coffee," with a mysterious name and an industrial cement facade. The owner is very experienced in making tamagoyaki, using dashi broth to mix with the egg mixture, making the tamagoyaki soft and juicy, one level higher than what you can find outside! The owner hopes it can become a regular menu item. 𓄣 All day breakfast $108 The All Day Breakfast is a feast for the senses. Scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, breakfast sausage, bacon, croissant, and salad. Each dish is served hot, reflecting the owner's dedication to cooking. 𓄣 Bacon Egg Benedict $98 The Egg Benedict is served on an English muffin, topped with bacon and poached egg. What's special is the owner's homemade hollandaise sauce, which includes cheese powder, giving it a sweet and sour taste that's more refreshing and appetizing than what you can find outside. It's amazing! 𓄣 Dusty $55 As the signature dish, the Dusty coffee is a layer of soft and sweet cream on top of the coffee, served in a martini glass, with excellent presentation and taste. 𓄣 Premium Matcha Latte $70 This is a non-coffee drinker's first choice, using matcha powder directly imported from Kyoto's Sanjouen. The color is bright green, and the taste is rich and smooth, absolutely top-notch! 𓄣 Homemade Oreo Cheesecake The Oreo cheesecake is a large portion, with a smooth and creamy texture, perfect for sharing between two people. I love how the owner is hands-on with everything, and the relaxed atmosphere inside the shop.
