90-minute all-you-can-eat oyster buffet in Central!

This time I went to Hitoshi Oyster House in Central for oyster all-you-can-eat. The shop is small but comfortable and clean. There are 3 tables each for 2 and 4-person tables. You can choose the oyster all-you-can-eat for 60/90 minutes! We chose the 90-minute all-you-can-eat, which includes all-you-can-eat oysters, grilled oysters, sashimi, skewers, and tea-soaked rice/udon. The all-you-can-eat buffet will be served with appetizers called "Hita Hijiku Pin" at the beginning. The presentation is exquisite and perfect for taking pictures! There are Elephant Babang Sashimi, Okra Tempura, Furo Shiitake Leaf Tuna Puree, Grilled Eel, Tsukimi Grilled Bird Balls, Oyster Tea Dried Rice and more!
