The "French May Gourmet Afternoon Tea" includes traditional French pastries, savoury snacks and desserts, indulging in the unique French flavour. French May Food Festival Afternoon Tea ($468/2 persons): 𓄼 Crayfish salad with pickled white asparagus The pickled white asparagus is sweet and sour and appetizing, and paired with the freshness of the crayfish salad, it is a refreshing combination. 𓄼 Crab meat tart with caviar The caviar and crab meat tart looks elegant and delicious with every bite. 𓄼 French Confit Duck Leg with Beetroot Jelly A classic French meat savoury snack. The light beetroot jelly neutralizes the fragrant and greasy confit duck leg, making it look exquisite and delicious. 𓄼 Wild Mushroom Truffle Balls The wild mushroom truffle ball looks unique, like a bird's egg in a nest. The new butterfly cookies are packaged in limited edition Hello Kitty gift boxes, which are particularly cute. Available in original, black and white sesame, almond, golden salted egg yolk and cinnamon flavours. Every bite is sweet and crispy.
