Whenever going to a Thai restaurant, one thing cannot miss is stir-fried minces with chillies and basil leave also topped with fried running yoke egg. Love it with lots of cut string beans added in plus extra shrimp crackers to go too. It’s quite mild not as hot as it should be and a bit salty on this occasion so finished up all rice to smooth up the taste.
