High-quality afternoon tea at a reasonable price

I was looking for a place to eat and chat with my friends. I found that there was afternoon tea at the "Annan" Vietnamese restaurant in Another City. The food seemed quite rich and the environment was good, so I went in and sat down without saying anything. We chose the window seat because we can see the ice rink, watching the people skating while eating feels quite relaxing. First came the three-tiered shelf filled with desserts and savory treats, followed by a large bowl of noodles and half a charcoal-grilled prawns, including a drink. After slowly sipping for two hours, the bill was only $300 or so. What a bargain! I was so full that I couldn't even eat dinner when I got home. #foodie #HongKongFood
