A new shop opened in Kwai Chung Plaza, delicious ramen!

Uji early @ homemade cooking This small shop recently opened in Kwai Chung Plaza. Before the shop opened, they started selling chili sauce online. This shop has many kinds of fried noodles and snacks. Many students come to buy takeaway. I ordered two bowls of fried noodles and a bowl of snacks. 1. Uji Bibimbap (Spicy: Human) $30 (8/10) I chose ramen. The ramen is bouncy and contains seaweed, corn, preserved cabbage and onion. This is spicy enough. You can call it human if you eat spicy food! 2. Uji But Satisfaction Stir-Fried Ramen (Spicy: Little Angel) $50 (9/10) I chose the ramen, which was bouncy and contained sausage, red sausage, fat beef, mussels, seaweed, corn, preserved vegetables and onion. 3. Uji Spicy Triple (Small) $25 (8/10) It contains squid, beef cypress leaves and pork skin, then added with sesame, mushrooms and preserved cabbage. It would be more delicious if it was a little more spicy!
