🔹 Causeway Bay- A Delightful Korean Fine Dining Experience

ᵕ̈ ᑋᵉᑊᑊᵒ ᵕ̈ ᑋᵉᑊᑊᵒ As a passionate foodie, I'm always on the lookout for unique culinary experiences. When I passed by Sugar Plus, I didn’t notice that it has a lot of restaurants there and recently, I had the pleasure of dining at OOULI, a Korean fusion restaurant. My friends and I opted for their 4-course lunch menu, and it was delightful. ❤️ 🌼 Deul Kkae - Juk (Traditional Korean Porridge) The meal began with a comforting bowl of traditional Korean porridge 🥣 . This was packed with flavours, featuring tender beef, clams, and seasonal Korean vegetables. The porridge was perfectly cooked, with a velvety texture that warmed us up and prepared our taste buds for the dishes to come 😚 🌼 Jili - Tang (Grill Korean Snapper in Seafood Clear Soup) Next up was the seafood soup that showcased the restaurant's expertise in seafood👍🏻 The grilled Korean snapper was cooked to perfection, with a moist and flaky texture that melted in our mouths. The snapper was accompanied by a clear seafood soup, which was light yet flavorful, full of umami goodness 😋 🌼 Jan Chi (Grill Hanwoo Beef and Roasted Freshwater Eel Ginger Mashed Potato, Spicy Seafood Sauce) Grilled Hanwoo beef 🥩 which was tender, juicy, and full of rich, beefy flavor. Roasted freshwater eel is delicate , a little smoky flavour. With the ginger mashed potato🥔 , a velvety texture and a subtle hint of ginger that complemented the bold flavours of eel. The spicy seafood sauce tied everything together, adding a little kick to the dish without overpowering the other flavours. 🌼 JinSu - Sung Chen (Busan Own Farm Rice with Eel Soup and 5 Types Special Banchen) The rice 🍚 was come from the owner’s farmland-Busan. The eel soup was delightful added a touch of luxury to the dish. Rice was a perfect accompaniment, soaking up the rich flavours of the soup. Also adding the 5 types special Banchen (Traditional Korean side dishes) which showed a pop of colour and a variety of flavours to the table.
