Due to the pandemic, I haven't traveled to Southeast Asia in a while. To experience authentic Indian cuisine, we decided to have dinner today at Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant, a restaurant run by Indian chefs.❗ The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped.❗ The decor is minimalist, with a predominantly Indian feel. Indian pop music videos play on the TV, and you can clearly see professional Indian chefs grilling chicken kebabs.❗ The waiters are also very friendly and knowledgeable about the food.❗ They explain the dishes in detail.❗ The spacious seating allows for a relaxed and comfortable dining experience.❗ Our group of two ordered the following dishes: 1️⃣🌟Tandoori Pomfret $180 This fish is marinated in garlic and pepper. ❗ It comes with a ton of side dishes, making it a truly stunning dish. 📸 The chicken is tender and paired with the restaurant's secret green curry, it's incredibly delicious. ❗ Deliciousness: ⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕ Presentation: ⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕️ Value: ⭕⭕⭕⭕️❌ 2️⃣🌟 Chicken Lolly Pop $75 This Indian-style fried chicken boasts a perfectly crispy skin and tender meat.
