A relaxing and relaxing trip to a new restaurant in Tung Chung

You can really feel like you're on vacation in Hong Kong! 🏝 Yesterday, before taking my mom shopping at the Tung Chung outlet mall, we found a Mediterranean restaurant. The atmosphere had a truly international feel. 🚗 Even my mom said, "It felt like we were on a trip!" 😆😎 The food was pretty good too. 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Green and Healthy Living ($88) 🌟Highly recommended!🌟 My mom wanted to go healthier, so we opted for the kale salad. 🥗 I was pleasantly surprised. First, the portion was huge, with quinoa, walnuts, and super fresh avocado. 🥑 My favorite was the pomegranate seeds! Fresh and sweet, and with the salad vinaigrette, it was a very satisfying salad. 💚 - ✨ Roasted Spring Chicken Provençale ($188) I've seen a lot of people recommending this, and it's actually quite different from just roast chicken. It's roasted in breadcrumbs with fresh herbs. The garlic rosemary adds a touch of depth to the roast chicken! The roast chicken sauce is drizzled on top for a delicious bite! 👍 The potatoes are also baked on the side. ✨ Spicy Crab Meat and Squid Ink Linguine ($158) The squid ink is evenly distributed throughout each strand of pasta. 😆 The pasta is also filled with snow crab meat and dried chilies. It's spicier than expected, but not overpowering! ✨Exotic Breeze ($65) ✨Lemongrass & Earl Grey Iced Tea ($65) Both drinks have a subtropical feel. The Exotic Breeze has a sweet, passion fruit aroma, complemented by notes of mango and pineapple. It's a perfect summer drink. ☀️ I opted for the Earl Grey tea. The lemongrass in this one instantly brought me to Thailand. 😆 It adds a spice to the Earl Grey dish.
