🇫🇷First taste of French cuisine Michelin one star ÉPURE🍷🍾 🍮Never had French food. The first time I offered it to EPURE!! 😋 It's also a Michelin one star for several years in a row.The whole feeling is very high-end and great! 👍🏻 The environment and service here are excellent. The whole meal was very comfortable to eat!! 👍🏻 ÉPURE allows people to sit quietly and enjoy food😋 Probably related to it being French cuisine?🧐 Because the impression given by France is very elegant 💁🏼‍♀️ DINNER has 2 menus to choose from.But the price is not much worse. So we all chose the more expensive but more food SIGNATURE TASTING MENU ~ The food all looked beautiful.It really felt like a work of art!! MAIN DISHES There are 2 to choose from.One of each in my place~ 💥Hawbites with caviar 💥TOMATO 💥SMOKED SALMON ROE 💥PARIS MUSHROOM SOUP😍 💥Duck liver😍 💥Sea Cricket Shrimp😍 💥Japanese A4 Wagyu fillet😍 💥Pre-dinner dish - lamb rack😍 💥ARTISAN CHEESE 💥RESPBERRY & CHOCOLATE OVERALL.There were several foods that were unforgettable.It was delicious😇 The ingredients are very FRESH.Feel the restaurant very HEART!!😍 It was a good FINE DINING~ However French cuisine has not been my favorite.Probably won't eat it often.!
