Always attracted to The Pier Hotel’s sea view hotel I didn't expect that there is a Japanese restaurant here - Food Theater You can eat Omakase while watching the sunset Choose the $1480/person Set-day The three appetizers include Ishikawa small taro, Japanese eggplant, bacon, and a lovely sawa crab accompaniment. The sashimi includes Japanese Iwate Prefecture Reiwa Monster Jumbo oysters with garlic tomato sauce. There are also anchovies with carrots and A4 Wagyu beef, which are first grilled and then cooked. They are very soft and rich in oil. The assorted sashimi rice was unexpectedly of high quality, and the sashimi was very satisfying. Finally, the dessert was very sincere. In addition to the super sweet Shizuoka honeydew melon, there was also Kyoto soy milk pudding, which was very refreshing and smooth.
