A Quaint Rice Noodle Restaurant with a Clean Atmosphere: Pho Mai in Hoi An.

📍Phomay Pho Mai is a rice noodle restaurant located within the Hoi An Old Town. After about a week of traveling in Vietnam and having eaten too much late-night food, I was craving some spicy rice noodles, and I heard that this place had spicy beef tripe rice noodles, so I visited. The restaurant was incredibly cool and clean. Besides the beef tripe noodle soup, the fried rice, shrimp spring rolls, and stir-fried noodles were all delicious, so I recommend it if you're going to Hoi An.
