🇻🇳Bale Well in Hoi An🇻🇳

As we walked around Hoi An, I made sure to go to Bale Well for their famous Cao Lau Noodles. We ate at famous place, called Bale Well Restaurant - known for their Com Ga, a dish of shredded poached chicken served with seasoned pilaf rice, shredded green papaya and carrot, fresh herbs, and a bowl of chicken broth, a dish absolutely packed with flavor. We also of course had their Cao Lao noodle dish which was equally satisfying!
