Schloss Forsch Hotel Salzburg, a Luxury Collection Hotel

The main filming location for the first part of the movie "Sissi" is a landmark building built in the 15th century, located in a five-star hotel in the Salzburg Hof area in Austria. In the movie, it is the tower on the right side of Figure 6 of the hotel that often appears, while Figure 7 shows the outside part of the tower facing the lake. The tower later became part of the hotel kitchen and was known as "the most beautiful kitchen" (Figure 10). The hotel has a museum that collects the personal belongings of Princess Sissi and her husband Joseph, including the clothes that Joseph and Princess Sissi once wore or used. In 2022, the hotel plans to undergo redesign and renovation, and is expected to reopen in 2024 and be positioned as an ultra-luxury hotel and resort.
