The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery

#weekendgetaways Absolutely phenomenal. I usually tend to go out and explore by myself and museums are definitely my favourite. This museum has got to be one of the best by far. Shares a lot of history knowledge and I learned some new things about the history of the land. Wonderful items and I would 100% definitely recommend going!! Educational free entertainment, located opposite the wharf in Hobart and stop 'O' on the Hop on Hop off double decker bus route. The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery have a lot of interesting displays to look at, some are interactive and some have films to watch. One of the films was 3D and 3D glasses were provided. There is a small gallery specifically for children aged 0-7 which looked fun.
