In-depth review of the most luxurious hotel at the end of the world (three types of suites)!!!

This time, I had the experience of staying at The Tasman Hobart Luxury Collection. 🇦🇺 The hotel is located in Hobart, the capital of Tasmania, which is the only island state in Australia and is at the southernmost tip of the country, facing Antarctica, hence it is also known as the end of the world🐧. I was fortunate to stay at The Tasman for three days during the spring break and experienced three types of suites (one of which is a corner suite), and I would like to extend special thanks to the Room Division Manager, David, for his service which made for a very good stay. The Tasman is the first and currently the only Luxury Collection in Australia, originally designed to be the face of the southern tip of Australia. Upon check-in at the hotel, you are greeted with a welcome drink, and the rooms come with handwritten greeting cards and gifts of Tasmanian specialty red wine. The first room I stayed in was a corner room on the second floor of the new building, and I think the layout and design were quite good; the corner room is indeed designed as a conical corner🤨, quite standard. Let me emphasize the second and third suites! The second one I stayed in is called Cumulo, also in the new building, and this suite is very spacious. I asked, and there is a Cumulo on another floor that has been converted into a double-bedroom suite. The room has a particularly large balcony which I think can easily accommodate ten people for a party, with unparalleled views that include both the cityscape and the sea. There is a fireplace outside on the balcony, so there's no need to worry about it being cold at night. The last and my favorite suite is the Heritage suite, located in the old building with walls made of rock. I learned that this building was constructed in 1840 and was previously Australia's first private hospital before being converted into hotel rooms. Some of the wallpaper is preserved from that time. Therefore, all the rooms in the Heritage building are different in design and size, as the hospital wards varied in size😅. As you open the door and enter the room, the first thing that strikes you is the high ceiling! The room has a fireplace that looks great when lit at night, and the overall decor style is very distinctive. The biggest highlight is the wooden bathtub in the bathroom, which is the only room among the 140 in the hotel to have this feature. It is handcrafted, and it was my first time experiencing a wooden bath🛁, which made for a very good stay. Now, about the hotel's basic facilities, there is no swimming pool, but there is a gym of a standard size that also retains the rock structure. Breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant, Peppina, which offers a semi-buffet breakfast (I ordered eggs), and Peppina is a famous restaurant that friends traveling to Tasmania must try for dinner. It is consistently rated as the number one restaurant in Tasmania, and the beef pasta I tried was really good. Behind the restaurant is a bar called Mary Mary, which also has many award-winning special cocktails. The hotel has a private wine tasting room that looks very luxurious. If you're going to Tasmania, you definitely shouldn't miss this hotel - the only Marriott, the last face at the end of the world🏴‍☠️
