Authentic Vietnamese pho 🍜(the southern ver)

Address - 260C Pasteur, Phường 8, Quận 3, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam Phở Hòa Pasteur has been around since 1968 and most Saigonese know about this place as the authentic phở (of course the Southern Version with a whole plate full of herbs, basil and bean sprouts).
