This summer, The Running Bean collaborates with Socolatier to bring the combo The Decadent Duo – a flavorful experience full of creativity and sophistication. With two special sets: Golden Berry Pairing and Matcha Fig Blossom Pairing, each drink is carefully crafted and paired with high-quality artisanal chocolate for perfect balance. From 36-hour cold brew combined with fruit juice and tamarind, to premium Kyoto matcha paired with fig sauce and peach blossom – every detail contributes to a harmonious and exciting flavor journey. I tried the Golden Berry Pairing, starting with a piece of Lemon Jam & Lemon Ganache chocolate, with a refreshing and vibrant sourness that blends perfectly with the deep, rich cold brew flavor. Followed by Hazelnut & White Chocolate, which adds light sweetness and depth – a full-bodied flavor journey that’s both harmonious and surprising. We also can’t forget the incredibly impressive space – the café’s storefront is decorated with eye-catching, vibrant yellow lemons, drawing attention from afar. Its central location near the cathedral with modern design makes the experience at The Running Bean not only a delight in taste but also a visual feast. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves coffee, chocolate, and creativity.
