Hidden gem ramen shop is so good

One of the things to experience in Vietnam is dining in a little alleyway eatery! This one is Choi Oi Noodle located at Le Thanh Ton and they specialize in Japanese ramen. The tonkotsu ramen is a definite must-try here. Its pork bone broth is so flavourful and hearty, perfect to eat in the rainy weather. We also tried the gyoza which tasted awesome. It is open from 11am to 2.30am on most days and until 3am on other days. There was a queue when we went as there aren’t many seats available, so be prepared to wait a little.
