The restaurant we visited this time is located in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, but according to the owner, it is a very local restaurant where tourists rarely come. The reason is that the restaurant does not face a main street, and you have to go down an alley where tourists would never pass by, so you won't even notice it. The entrance is located next to Sri Thandi Yutthapani Temple near Saigon Square and Takashimaya, as shown in the fourth photo. When you enter the alley, you will see the sign in the fifth photo, and if you go a little further, you will see the shop in the second and third photos diagonally to the right. This time I ordered shrimp and squid hu tiu. (The second from the top right of the last menu photo) The noodles are chewy, and the seafood soup is deep and delicious, and the shrimp and squid are also very filling. By the way, the fifth item in the top right of the menu photo is squid and scallops. The vegetables are also boiled, so there is no need to worry about food poisoning. The price is also reasonable at 65,000vnd (about 390 yen in Japanese yen). If you want to taste local food and eat delicious hu tiu, this is a restaurant that I can really recommend!
