📍Ho Chi Minh City What an amazing start to Vietnam! Although the beginning of our trip was a bit rocky, (a bit of anxiety getting used to the new country, currency, culture, etc), I absolutely loved Saigon. Things that I loved: 1. The coffee here. Vietnam’s coffee is unbelievable. I will miss Vietnam coffee more than anything. And so many different types, so far I’ve seen; egg, cheese, and coconut coffee & I intend to try every single coffee out there. 2. Everything being close together- the independence palace, the cathedral, Saigon central post office, book street, the café apartments & a huge shopping mall - all right next to eachother! Brilliant! 3. There’s so many restaurants, so many thrift stores and just so much to do. You could definitely stay here a week.
