[Kyoto] Minced meat and rice - A popular restaurant serving freshly grilled hamburger steaks and rice cooked in a pot

This is a restaurant that pioneered the "theater-style hamburger" that has been a hot topic since last year. I went there while sightseeing in Kyoto! There is only counter seating. The counter is designed to surround the charcoal grill in the center where the hamburgers are grilled. The basic menu is a set meal of three hamburgers, white rice, miso soup, and a raw egg for 1,600 yen. The hamburgers are the size of small rice balls. I ate the first hamburger as is, without any toppings! Yes, it was delicious! No doubt about it! It had a strong flavor. The grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce that came with the second hamburger went well with this restaurant's hamburger. Adding the seasonings provided on the counter made it even more delicious. I ordered a second helping of shiny rice cooked in a hagama pot and ate three hamburgers. The staff was very attentive and the service was very pleasant. By the way, the opening time is 11:00, but the distribution of numbered tickets starts from 9:00. When I arrived at the store at 8:50 on a weekday, there were about 20 people in line. When I received my numbered ticket, the earliest slot was 11:45. If you don't go in the morning, it may be difficult to secure a numbered ticket for lunchtime opening!
