I bought a cardamom roll and sausage, and I actually grilled the sausage myself on the bonfire outside! Cafes where you can grill sausages over crackling firewood are unique to Finland! The freshly baked sausages were the best and became my best memory. The cardamom roll was warm and fluffy! It was really delicious.
