It was a trip to Hebei, China 🇨🇳 Hebei is a province filled with a mix of imperial history, breathtaking natural landscapes, and ancient towns 💯 We explored some of the best places for photography 📸 from the Great Wall to serene lakes and historic sites. We started our Hebei journey in Shanhaiguan, one of the most famous sections of the Great Wall. Arriving early in the morning ☀️ allowed us to capture incredible photos of the ancient fortress bathed in soft golden light ✨ One of the most unique spots we visited was Laolongtou (Old Dragon’s Head), where the Great Wall extends directly into the Bohai Sea 🌊 The combination of stone fortifications and crashing waves made for dramatic and unforgettable photos 📸 📍Shanhaiguan Address: No. 1, Weiyuan Street, Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao, Hebei, China 📍Laolongtou Address: No. 1, Laolongtou Road, Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao, Hebei, China We also explored the Chengde Mountain Resort, a UNESCO-listed imperial summer retreat used by Qing emperors. The vast gardens 🌺 tranquil lakes, and traditional Chinese pavilions made for some postcard-perfect shots 🙌 We also visited Puning Temple, home to a stunning 22-meter-tall wooden statue of the Bodhisattva Guanyin. The Tibetan-style architecture and colorful prayer flags added a unique cultural element to our photos 📸 📍Chengde Mountain Resort Address: No. 20, Lizhengmen Road, Shuangqiao District, Chengde, Hebei, China 📍Puning Temple Address: No. 1, Puning Road, Shuangqiao District, Chengde, Hebei, China For a change of scenery, we spent a day in Yesanpo Scenic Area, a nature lover’s paradise with karst mountains, deep gorges, and crystal-clear rivers 🙌 The best shots were taken at Bailixia Canyon, where towering rock walls framed the sky in breathtaking 😍 compositions.
